WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin suffered a setback during his latest off-road racing event after an on-course mistake left his vehicle badly damaged. Austin shared a photo on Instagram showing him standing next to his damaged car and revealed that he and his co-driver were both unharmed. However, the WWE legend acknowledged that the accident forced them out of Saturday’s race. “Made a mistake on the course and knocked us out of the race on Saturday. Myself and Co-driver @reddogschopshop are both 100% The car took some pretty good damage and we are working on getting it ready for VC-Tonopah next race. @valleyoffroadracingassociation put on a great race and we certainly left the chat too soon. “Thanks to VORRA Recovery Jeff for the assist. We put the car back together good enough to drive back to main pit on the back roads. This has been a great season of racing and the H2 is a helluva car. We set out to finish every race. And my mistake cost us a finish. I have learned many things from it that I will take into future races. Do you even race, bro?” Austin and his team are now working to get the vehicle ready for the next VC-Tonopah race. The WWE legend admitted that his mistake cost the team a finish, but he also noted that he learned valuable lessons that he hopes to carry into future events.
