That 22-year-old suspect was scheduled to appear before the Mdantsane Magistrate’s Court on August 24. The other three suspects are expected in court soon, according to the police update. A 30-year-old man who was initially apprehended on August 22 has since been released and is being treated as a potential witness. The attempted murder charge is tied to a 27-year-old female passenger who was wounded during the attack and remains hospitalized.
