The 27-year-old has exhausted his two-way eligibility, so Washington can either sign him to a standard contract or a G league contract following training camp. If Williams is waived by the Wizards and later signs with their G League affiliate, the Capital City Go-Go, he can earn a bonus of up to $75,000.
