Riyadh, Aug. 23 (SANA) Cristiano Ronaldo has suggested that the current season could be his last in professional football after a record-breaking 25-year career. “This is probably my last year of football, and I want to leave a spectacular legacy,” the 41-year-old told Vogue after marrying Georgina Rodríguez Tuesday. Ronaldo said he was looking forward to spending more time with his family and had already planned for life after football, including travelling and playing padel. The Portugal captain has won five Ballon d’Or awards and scored 976 goals for club and country. He also became the first player to compete and score in six World Cups this summer. Ronaldo has previously expressed his ambition to reach 1,000 career goals. He currently plays for Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, where he has one year remaining on his contract. His club career has included spells with Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus. A/Dh
